ITINERARY AND ACTIVITIES

 

In order to discover how fishes are sold and bought, we will meet at 6:00 at Lonja (the fish market of A Coruña), one of the most remarkable fish markets in Europe. The building covers a total of 31.000 square metres of space and it has around 3.000 direct users.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After this original experience, at 8:00 we will have breakfast at a typical market in the heart of the city, focusing on discovering the wide and delicious gastronomy of this wonderful land.

 

Then, we will go by a private bus to the Hercules Tower, an impressive and enormous Roman construction dating from the 1st Century. This is the oldest working lighthouse in the world and it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2009. Undoubtedly it is the symbol of the city and the panoramic views are spectacular.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At 10:00 we will go at the Aquarium Finisterrae, just close to the Tower, in the breathtaking esplanade of the city. It is an extraordinary aquatic museum where we can enjoy seeing animals such as whales, orcas... Surely we will enjoy a lot with this attraction.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At 13:00 and by our private bus, we´ll go to the panoramic Elevator in Monte de San Pedro, an original attraction with the best views of the city and the Atlantic Ocean. This area, currently full of playgrounds and picnic areas, was point of defence centuries ago, and impressive cannons can be admired by locals and tourists.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At 14:00 the bus will pick us up again to go for a walk for Riazor´s Beach and admire the longest promenade in the whole Europe and its impressive views. At this wonderful and picturesque area we will carry out a gastronomic tour where we will taste the delicious seafood and the wide variety of local food. To conclude this unique and intensive tour, at 17:00 we will relax in a spa, "Termaria", including an amazing massage. A place located just close to the Riazor Stadium, where we could rest, get away and feel a lot of powerful sensations during 2h 30 minutes.
